Customised Knot Boards
All our nautical and activity knot boards are handmade in Bristol, UK, and can be customised to suit your individual requirements — at no extra charge.
We can make knot boards in any of the sizes available on our website, with a choice of navy blue, burgundy, green, black or grey backgrounds, or with a world map background. There is no additional charge for any of these options.
Personalised Engraved Plaques
You can also personalise your knot board with a gold or silver engraved plaque featuring your own special message. This makes the knot board a thoughtful and unique gift for occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, retirements or other special celebrations. The plaque can be engraved with a name, date, dedication or personal message, and the additional cost will depend on the size and length of the engraving.
Mini Knot Boards & Wedding Favours
Our mini nautical knot boards are particularly popular as wedding favours, but they can also be made to display a specific knot of your choice, making them a charming addition to a coastal home, holiday cottage, beach house or nautical-themed interior. Simply let us know which knot you would like, and we can create the board to your specification.
As with our larger boards, there is no extra charge when choosing any of our standard background colours or the world map.
Knot Names in Foreign Languages
If you would like the names of the knots displayed in a foreign language, we can accommodate this too. You simply need to provide us with the names of all the knots in the language you require.
There is a flat additional charge of £24.00 for this service, regardless of the size of the knot board.
