Making a Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Payments are by PayPal, bank transfer, telephone or cheque (UK only): You can use your credit or debit card with PayPal. If you don’t have an account with PayPal, you can check out as a guest. Please contact us if you haven’t been able to complete your order on this website. If you'd rather pay over the telephone, please ring us on +44 1454 250562.
When confirmation of order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax charges for orders made from the UK or the European Union: ALL ORDERS ARE VAT FREE.
Credit Card Security: We take the greatest care of your financial details and use highly secure ordering processes. All credit card transactions are processed through PayPal. Card details are not held on our website and we do not have access to these details. We only keep a copy of your invoice on file as a record of the transaction.
Returns Policy: Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
All of our products come with 15 days no quibble guarantee. The customer can return an item to us if not satisfied within a period of 15 days from purchasing it. Items must be returned in their original packaging and the customer must ensure that the item reaches us in an intact condition. The customer is responsible for payment of returning the item to us. We will refund you once the item is safely received by us.
