HMS Queen Elizabeth (R08) is a Royal Navy aircraft carrier and is the lead ship of the Queen Elizabeth class of aircraft carriers. The ship was named after Queen Elizabeth II and was commissioned into the Royal Navy in 2017. It is currently the largest warship ever built for the Royal Navy, with a length of 280 metres and a displacement of approximately 65,000 tonnes.

HMS Queen Elizabeth has a crew of around 1,600 people, including aircrew, and can accommodate up to 40 aircraft.
