Really well packaged and very nice people to deal with on the phone. A slight confusion with delivery which had nothing to do with Admiralty ship models. It was with the courier notifications. Will be buying with them again. Superb detailed model, really well packaged, and the two different people I spoke to on the phone were really helpful. Very pleased.
