Trade Terms for Businesses (Subject to Conditions Below)
All Trade Discounts are Off Regular Retail Price as Advertised on Our Website:
4 models: Discount: 7%
6 - 10 models: Discount: 10%
More than 10 models: Discount 15%
PAYMENT:
50% of the full amount quoted on the invoice is required and the full balance needs to be settled prior to delivery.
Bank Transfers, Cheques, Cash, Bankers Draft are accepted
No goods will be delivered until the full amount invoiced is paid
Conditions on Special Trade Terms for Businesses
These Trade Terms Are Subject to a Number of Conditions:
1. Trade Terms are generally applicable to our range of ship models, model yachts & model boats. However, Admiralty Ship Models reserves the right not to apply the same trade terms on certain models in particular.
2. Trade Terms are only applicable for buyers who are purchasing ship models for the purpose of re-sale as opposed to personal use
3. Trade Terms also apply to Museums who are buying or placing custom orders for multiple items for the purpose of display and Museum shops who are buying for re-sale
4. All our prices for our model ships do not include packaging or delivery costs.
5. Model Ships Delivery is by Business Post in the UK, Air Freight or Sea Freight Internationally.
6. Delivery lead time is normally around 12 weeks, but timescales are agreed prior to confirmation of order and first payment.
7. Direct shipment from our Model Ship factory to the trader's address.
8. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. If the customer does not wish to go ahead, the 50% initial payment cannot be refunded.
