1. Shipping Policies for Large Model Ships (More than 1m Long) (a) COLLECTION IN PERSON by the buyer is an excellent option. The buyer can collect straight from us since these Large Ship Models are very valuable. Collection has to be arranged in advance. Evening collections (i.e. After 5pm) will surely suit many buyers.
(b) FREE UK HOME DELIVERY SERVICE. We can deliver your large ship model to your door if you are located within a reasonable driving distance of Bristol (Mainland UK Only). This can normally be arranged for Friday afternoons, Saturdays (9am to 5pm) and Sundays (9am to 5pm) since most clients prefer these times. We can also deliver multiple model ships buys such as wooden ships cross sections & large model ships. Please use the Contact Us page for any further queries.

2. Shipping Policies for Smaller Items (Models less than 1m in length) (a) SENT VIA COURIER. Goods are sent via UPS. We always make sure that each ship model we send via courier is in pristine condition and securely packed. For any claims resulting from damage occurring during handling via post or courrier arranged by us, we wll replace or refund the ship model. (Note: We have had a 100% successful delivery record since working with UPS)
(b) COLLECTION IN PERSON. Ship models can be collected from us on any weekday after 5pm on appointment. Also on Saturdays (9am to 1pm), and on Sundays (9am to 1pm) on appointment. If intending to collect the ordered goods, please contact us and we will provide the necessary directions to our location in Bristol.
(c) FREE UK HOME DELIVERY SERVICE. If the total value your purchase exceeds £400. This can be an instance of multiple buy (i.e. Several Model Ships or Cross Sections) We can deliver your item to your door provided you are located within a reasonable distance of Bristol (Mainland UK Only). This can normally be arranged for Friday afternoons, Saturdays (9am to 5pm) and Sundays (9am to 5pm) since most clients prefer these times. Contact us to know more. |
